Shipping policy

Lead times

On orders with large items (cladding, guttering, etc), there is a 5 day lead time.

Small items

Small items (stock items) are shipped by Australia Post and are charged at Australia Post's rates.

Large items

Standard delivery fee of under $220 to most areas across Australia.

Different areas have different delivery days. Please contact us for delivery days for your location.

Goods are insured in transit.

We do not ship large items (cladding, guttering, etc) to WA, NT, or Northern Queensland.

Depending on product pick up location may change.

Pickups are available in locations throughout Australia including:
VIC - Knoxfield, 
NSW – Penrith, Narellan, Silverwater, Botany, Gregory Hills, Erskine Park, Tuggerah, Coffs Harbor, Queenbeyan, Orange, Albury
QLD – Crestmead, Maryborough, Townsville, Rockhampton, Cairns
SA - Cavan
WA - Maddington

Important:

Ownership of the goods transfers to you when you receive the goods and sign for them. Goods must be inspected prior to signing. After signing for goods, returns are not accepted. If nobody is available to inspect goods at the time the goods are delivered, no responsibility is taken for any damaged goods.
